five gratefuls.


I recently felt so inspired by this post and knew it was exactly what I needed in my life. I grabbed a journal I already had and started writing just five things each day that I am grateful for. What a difference it has made. And now, my motto is "five gratefuls a day keeps the blues away!" Plus, it's a great exercise in seeing the everyday.

+ Rachael Yamagata's new album
+ discovering a child's grades have improved
+ a couple of concerts to look forward to
