Today, one of my favorite people is turning 50. She's gone through some major life changes recently and has a whole new world ahead of her. I can only imagine that she has some big dreams...some big goals... and so I'm dedicating this post to her.
This video is the winner in a contest hosted by singer/songwriter Trent Dabbs who requested music video submissions for his gorgeous song 'Leave To See
.' I think the judges picked the perfect video to capture the essence of this song.Everyone has dreams and goals.
We all probably have ideas/dreams/wishes that won't leave our mind.
I certainly do.
I think we need to say to ourselves more often, "Why Not?"
What is holding us back from fulfilling our dreams?
It's all up to us, right?
I'd like to share a couple of my biggest dreams/goals/wishes.
The first is probably pretty common...
Travel the world.
There are so many places I would like to visit in my lifetime, and I'm creating my travel bucket list on Pinterest. Feel free to check it out!
My next dream is a bit more personal...
I want to create an awesome concert venue.
Perhaps it will be an existing building/home that I renovate into a music venue.Or maybe it will be something I build from the ground up.
Either way, I can't stop thinking about it.
I know that it's something I need to pursue.
And I get so excited when I think about it.
