A Picture From My Run.

A few notes from my run: 

+ the sun on my face. Warm.

+ the smell of the Autumn air. Sweet.

+ the corn field being harvested. Beautiful.

+ the horses that came to the fence hoping I had a treat for them. Tomorrow.

+ the bin of Fuji's waiting for me on my cool down. Delicious.

P.S. I found this app just before I started the "Couch to 5k" program. Hallelujah! It's so simple to use, and it uses the music already on my iPhone, plus it prompts me when to walk and run according to the workout I'm on. I can also keep notes about the workout and how the run felt.  It's wonderful and perfect and I love it. And it's only $2.99.


** Pictures From My Run will be appearing more regularly for two reasons. 
1. It will prod me to take more pictures of the beautiful area I live in.
2. It will hold me accountable for getting the workouts done :)
