Photos That Inspire

One of my favorite things to do is scan favorite blogs for photos that just grab me and pull me in to the world that they are representing. It is incredible the power that a picture can have. Is it the same for you?

When I come across a picture that evokes a strong feeling in me, I always save it, and study it, and fall in love with it. Here's a few from the blogosphere and world wide web that have captured my undivided attention...

Still one of my favorite blogs, Snippet & Ink recently posted this inspiration board titled "Love In the Time of Cholera", which was inspired by the book. This book and the upcoming movie are on my list of must read/see. I love this board, and the beautiful, old world feel of it.

I fell in mad love with this photo the moment I saw it. This is a candy store/patisserie in San Fransisco. If ever, I make it to San Fran, I will stop here, and pluck some candy from the perfect glass jars. I love the wallpaper so much.

This is a garage. Not my garage. Mine looks nothing like this. But if it did, I may never want to leave it.

This Etsy artist from Buenos Aires creates such beautiful screenprinted note sets. I'm in love!

(P.S.) The song at the top of today's playlist is also from the movie Once that I spoke of yesterday. I've decided that this song IS my favorite from the album. "If You Want Me" by Marketa Irglova and Glen Hansard.
