I finally
finished a project that I have been working on for a few weeks. It turned out pretty
cute. One of my sister in law's birthday was in February, and she loves to cook, and she loves recipes. However, her recipes were a mess, and she had a lot of them. So for her birthday gift, I told her I would
organize them for her. It was a lot of typing. A lot. I typed up 89 recipes and organized them into a cute binder (thanks Danyelle for the
R&H recommendation) with labeled sections. It turned out great and when I took it to her, she was so
excited.

(This pile of recipes is the before shot, and this cute, organized binder is the after shot.)
My favorite gifts to give are ones that are handmade and from the heart. Sure it would have been easier to walk into a store and pick out something that she might like, but now I know that every time she opens her recipe binder, she will remember that I care about her.
What are your favorite gifts to give?
